Disease Prevention and Management through the Food for Life Program. This 4 to 7 part program, offers an education program and live cooking demo that will expose you to new foods (featuring plant-based, high fiber, and low-fat foods) and cooking methods. There are four Food for Life curricula (Weight Management, Diabetes, Cancer and Food for Life for Kids) and each is in the format of 4 to 7 sessions per series. The Food for Life program is offered as a full education and dinner program (limited to 16 people per session) or a larger group program for up to 30 people featuring lecture and tastings.
Food For Life programs can be scheduled with a minimum of 8 people and a minimum donation to cover food costs.
